About the study:
Dropbox's Collective Creativity study surveyed 4,073 IT decision-makers and information workers in the US, UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, and Australia to better understand the relationship between flexibility in the workplace, collaboration tools, productivity, creativity, and happiness.
After spending years observing how people and teams work, we know that creativity and collaboration drive innovation and ultimately lead to business growth. We also know that there is a connection between people’s ability to be creative and productive and their flexibility and happiness in the workplace.
